Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
